My experience @ Burn 30 has been nothing but wonderful. Staff and other members have been very welcoming and understanding that to each of us, our fitness goals are unique and important. The workouts have giving me more results than I anticipated. The workouts are always changing, which keeps me motivated, challenged and excited about what's next. To be down overall 10.5 inches and 4.4% body fat in about 2 months is just incredible!! Can't wait to find out where I'll be in 6 months!!!

Burn 30 is NOT your typical gym..they are so much better! I was anxious about working out in a group setting but those concerns were quickly dashed. Tim, Rachel and Brian are truly exceptional people and coaches. Super encouraging and supportive. The workouts are challenging, thorough and effective! Looking for a jumpstart to a healthier you? This is the place to be!
