AMAZING WORK!! so detail oriented & gorgeous trim work done! we had flooring and new doors put in & it was a great job!!
Replaced stair steps and replaced drywall on ceiling also replaced bath tub and installed new shower stall! Very happy with the finished product! I couldn't ask for a more pleasant personality very professional upstanding contractor! I give him a four star rating!
We paid Ritchie money to have windows purchased back in June, we kept hearing they were pushed back again, so I called the manufacturer of the windows we ordered and was told they were NEVER paid for after Ritchie showed my husband several emails saying the date was pushed back, he even called other manufacturers to see if they had windows ect. When I confronted Ritchie about the time line for the windows we told me he did not know, I said to him you don't know because all this time you have been lying to us about the window... read more
Rich repaired and/or replaced windows in our farm buildings, and did some other light repair. We were very pleased with his work.
Richard has been proved to be dishonest. Would not recommend doing business with Burwood quality homes.
