Whenever I would order something it would always be through Burmans - their prices are great. When it comes to their customer service - terrible. At least when it comes to online orders in my experience. Emails and their online texting - i wouldn't get a reply and if i did it would be hours for the texting and never for the emails. I called and was told id be called back with information in regards to my order and never got a call back.
