As I confidently strode into my kitchen to create a gourmet meal for my husband on 11/30/24, I fell down hard; immediately breaking my right upper arm, AKA humerus…NOT FUNNY😅!! I didn’t go to the hospital ER until 12/5/25. In shock? Stubborn? A lot of both I guess…🤷🏻♀️ My right shoulder ball broke into 5 pieces and I tore my right rotator cuff.
