I was in a car accident in October. I totaled my car and wracked up huge hospital bills, well beyond the amount of the car insurance. Not only did Mr. Burman and his staff keep me from going into debt, they negotiated my bills down to the point I actually walked away with a good amount of money. They were very friendly and made the entire confusing mess of navigating medical and insurance bureaucracy easy, at a time when I was struggling just to accomplish normal daily tasks.
