Stay far away from this place. Just horrible service, the blonde lady at the front desk is an incompetent who just charged me for an inspection no one asked for without fixing anything. Extremely rude and not able to do the basics of her job. If your business model is charging people for work they didn't ask for and then forgetting about them, congratulations, you're doing a fantastic job. I hope the new owner is not keeping her, read the other reviews to discover that is not the first time that behaviour happened.
Absolutely terrible experience. I took my Prado in to have a leaking rocker cover gasket repaired. Instead of fixing the issue, they charged me for a roadworthy inspection that I never asked for, only to hand me a list of problems I was already aware of. They didn't repair the car, didn't provide a quote, didn't give me a timeframe, and didn't communicate what the next step was. Best service ever! Burmack went out of their way to help us, knowing we were on holidays. Their service was great, friendly and with a smile. Highly recommend 🤩
I have rang them 2 times to get my car worked on they have told me atlease a month wait, then another fella I work for rang and got his car in straight away they prioritise there high level of customers first no wonder no one need them
Absolutely unacceptable experience. Luke not only shouted aggressively at me when I questioned the repairs, but also charged for a so-called “fix” that didn’t even last — my car broke down again almost immediately after leaving the shop. Completely unprofessional behavior, zero respect for customers, and clearly no interest in doing the job properly. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity.
