Best service ever! Burmack went out of their way to help us, knowing we were on holidays. Their service was great, friendly and with a smile. Highly recommend 🤩
I have rang them 2 times to get my car worked on they have told me atlease a month wait, then another fella I work for rang and got his car in straight away they prioritise there high level of customers first no wonder no one need them
Absolutely unacceptable experience. Luke not only shouted aggressively at me when I questioned the repairs, but also charged for a so-called “fix” that didn’t even last — my car broke down again almost immediately after leaving the shop. Completely unprofessional behavior, zero respect for customers, and clearly no interest in doing the job properly. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity.
On appel juste pour demander un renseignement, la secrétaire ne fait aucun effort de politesse! Elle a soufflé au téléphone et n’a pas cherché à comprendre, je peux pas vous aider et à raccrocher! Je pense qu’il faudrait qu'elle change de métier ou qu’elle apprenne la politesse.
I cannot thank the team at Burmack enough for taking the time from their busy day to help me out with an electrical problem, with no appointment they diagnosed and rectified the issue and got me back on the road...many many thanks. Highly recommended...
