Incompetent driver. If there is a mile long line of cars behind you because you can only do 10 mph in a 45 you should pull over.
Called for appointed 1 month out, confirmed my appointment 1 week prior. They never showed up, nor answered phone when I called, and texted. Left voice mail...no return call. Do not use these guys! I was moving next day and needed my stuff removed, had to scramble and call to find someone else, Very unprofessional. Never had a company treat a customer so poorly.
