Josh Rowlands turned a nightmare into such an easy situation! I had purchased a kit off a third-party site who had shipped me the wrong kit. After nearly a month and a half of dealing with them Josh came in and took matters into his own hands to delegate the situation. He communicated with the company while simultaneously updating me on each conversation he was having. Worst communicators in the world. Who cares about their products. Their customer service is trash Here is an idea: get rid of your millennial and gen-z costomer reps before you company is permanently damaged. Unless you really don't care about your customers, due to having a high volume of sales, which is the general trend of companies that out grow their customer base. Josh Rowlands, the brand representative, went absolutely above and beyond to remedy a situation for me. I am a parts specialist and dealing with brand reps can be a huge pain. That definitely was not the case with Josh. I will definitely be working with burly again. Also Badass Products!
