My experience with Burloak Heating and Maintenance began on a positive note but soured when it came to follow up. Burloak was recommended to me by a neighbour who raved about Les so I reached out since I needed a new furnace and air conditioner. Les was very quick to provide an estimate and install the equipment but when it came to follow through with service he fell short. Would not recommend Les and Burloak Heating and Air Conditioning. Les came once to look at my furnace and advised that if the problem with my furnace persisted that he would return without charging me a second service call fee. I have reached out several times to schedule Les back to look at the furnace, but unfortunately have not received a response from him. I'm left with a broken furnace and still no response.

Les and his crew are the kind of people you can depend on from fair pricing to quality installation to being there when a problem arises. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to contract with Burloak, and would recommend them to anyone.
These guys were the most awesome friendly human guys I've dealt with I've had three homes in the last 5 6 years and have updated everything from roofs to septics to Wells to furnaces times many and these guys have been the best contractors I've ever dealt with can't give it a good enough rating, for you all the love. great job. The job I had them do for me was a tankless water heater or a direct water line water heater and it's fantastic as well so if you need one go for it
