Ordered a 10 dollar rear wiper arm cap 3/10/26. Shipping was also 10 dollars. I have not received the part, my phone calls have not been returned, my emails have not been answered. What is going on VW? I just want the part that fell off my 25' VW! Customer service is awful. Can someone please get back to me?
