Waited 20 min for the guy to assit someone else and no one even greeted me. Someone sitting in the back could have rung me up and taken the order for the trailer I wanted to purchase. All good, went to Tractor Supply and got what I needed plus they had the trailer I wanted in stock. Bought that too......... Do better, greet people, Tell them you will be with them in a minute or so, don't just make people wonder if you notice them. There are too many competitors for you to ignore customers!!!!
