I would like to report an incident involving one of your bus drivers. The driver ignored the stop sign where we were waiting and did not stop the bus, even though we were clearly at the designated stop. The driver appeared to have an alcohol bottle with him, and when we tried to inform him that he missed the stop, he responded by saying, “I don’t understand you,” then laughed and said, “bullshit.” This behavior was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Buses often just don’t show and cancel. You can wait 45 min to an hour for a bus that supposed to arrive every 15 min. Embarrassing

Do you know that number 3 bus and all the time bus 10 are never on time. Do you know what you are doing is this public bus or (drivers Bus ) zero star.

My daughter left her iphone on the bus today. We noticed right away and stopped another bus to ask if they could call and see if someone returned it to the driver. He stayed stopped for like 5mins until they got a hold of the driver and he checked and the phone was there on the seat. I cant thank the drivers enough for taking the time and caring that my daughter got her phone back. It was very much appreciated my my daughter and I. Thank you!!
