A 45-minute wait at New Street for a peaktime bus on Monday. Then I had to stand and get off at the bsxt stop. $4 to go one stop?? Unacceptable. BUS 7-2401. Absolute losers. You owe me a refund.
Hi I recently had a very bad experience i get on a bus (2S TO DOWNTOWN) at 1220 Brant street. The driver was so rude I just asked him for a second to reload my card he yelled at me for no reason. This was extremely rude in front of everyone. How a human can talk like this. Timing 2:05 pm Route 2S to downtown
They close early and bus service is poor.
Update: things have only gotten worse. Honestly, fix this damn system. Judging by the ratings and other reviews this is not just one person's thoughts. I've seen half empty buses say they are full and other drivers that pack people in to a dangerous degree. The 1 in particular is always full and sometimes they will refuse to pick up more passengers. Delays, bus tracking with map is worst. Sometimes it shows bus is still far away and out of sudden bus departed. Sometimes while waiting For bus it shows its departed event hours bus hasn’t arrived.
