Your drivers are under trained for public safety. Their driving is erratic; speeding to stops and then slamming on the breaks at the last second, driving before seniors can take a seat, etc. I witnessed a patron being thrown to the front of the bus and crashing into the payment register yesterday. After riding your system as a senior for the last 2 years I have seen more unsafe driving here in Burlington than in 45 years in Toronto.

Number 6 bus has its own separate schedule independent of the website. The 5:30pm bus at Burlington Go doesn't show up. The morning bus route at Lansdown and Hannibal going towards the Go also operates on a different schedule - it shows up 10 minutes early or 10 minutes late. Why do I pay for public transit, especially when the 5:30pm bus is always cancelled?
