Good service
Route 1 - Leaves people out in the cold because “bus is full”. Why can’t you add bigger buses? More buses? Plan better? Can you not try can increasing the service times during peak hours to make it more frequent when people are trying to get to/from work. You are aware this is a popular route, and the only way to get to Hamilton from Burlington via transit.
