Heavy set blonde driver on the 10 S that left Burlington Go on Dec 28 550pm was playing on her phone and didn't open the door. I got soaked from the rain before she finally opened the door. But nobody cares.

Horrible service.. what is wrong with the drivers on the No.10 bus?? They're always late, always have attitude, and they actively try to leave people behind. Seriously needs to be addressed, cause it's insane how bad it is.
