Garbage service. Never on time. Most stops don’t have seats or shelter. Horrible horrible service for such a wealthy city. Treat citizens who don’t have cars like absolute garbage. Don’t move to this city if you’re without a car.
4 years I've been commuting to Toronto for school, I take the '11' to the go station. This bus has never been on time, the best part, it SHOULD arrive mere minutes before the train. Instead, you will watch the train depart as the bus weasels its way into the lot, like some sick, seemingly planned joke on you. The organizational structure and critical thinking behind Burlington transit is non-existent, it's an unforgivable travesty that these buses are late without fail, infuriating unreliabile.
