They have took my money. When the lady told me she would cancel the ticket knowing that they were closed on Sunday. I paid for a different ticket so I will never buy another ticket online im pissed because they just took my money
I would just like to shout out to Mr Steve Thornton the bus driver from Chicago to Omaha. In all my 30 years of riding greyhound and friends, I've never in all my life seen a bus driver track down a disgruntled passenger, in the opposite direction, no less, to make sure he got on the bus. What a exemplary show of humanity here. The good drivers are never shown enough appreciation. Thank you. You sir deserve a raise.
My friend was waiting for his ride and they did not open bus depot doors even when it was raining.
