The WORST. I was waiting for the bus to Hannibal at the St Louis Airport in the early morning, but the driver forgot to stop and pick the passanger up at the bus port. UNBELIEVABLE! The company's response was the WORST too. NO APOLOGY, except explaining that you can use today's bus ticket for tomorrow's boarding. I had to cancel every schedule of the day. I have never received such UNCOMFORTABLE and RIDICULOUS bus service in my life.
Burlington Trailways must have contracted with all the state penitentiaries to transport all the newly released convicts as that seems to be all that rides this bus line. The buses are old and they seem to have a high turnover of drivers.
