I had a terrible experience at Burlington Tires LLC and will never return. I brought my vehicle in for a simple state inspection. This was my first time visiting the shop since I'm new to the area. Before handing over my keys, I personally opened and closed my driver's door and had no issues with the interior door handle. After the inspection, I drove directly to the license plate agency about 13 minutes away. When I went to get out of my car, I discovered that the interior driver's-side door handle was broken.
