Not very helpful. I asked for an estimate and was told they couldn’t do that u less they came Out. Then they charged me for an inspection. I already know it needs to be replaced hence why I asked for a quote. On replacing the unit They really were pushing for a gas fireplace and didn’t seem like really helping. With a wood burning install. So many have said it’s A great company but my initial Experience. Was not Great. I only received an estimate for what replacing the cap would Costand no other estimates. Very disappointed
Justin cleaned our fireplace on May 28th and not only does it look brand new, I swear the flame is warmer and brighter! He was friendly, respectful of our space (took his shoes off to spare my floors) and we were really happy with the experience! 5 stars all the way for this company and their employees!
From start to finish, the field team of Tim and Justyn were simply the best. They were careful, efficient, solicitous, and thorough. The sales /office team was great to work with as well. Great people all the way around!
