We had a great experience with Burlington fireplace! They removed a wood insert for us and replaced it with a gas insert. The help and the info that we recieved from them from the start was awesome. They helped us decide which fireplace to go with. On the day of the install we had Tim and Justin. They were very professional and easy to work with. I'm getting my condo ready to sell and I needed my gas fireplace repaired and cleaned. I was referred to Burlington Fireplace by another company. It's an older unit and outdated, but Mike took the time to take it all apart, clean and repair it and put it all back together. Mike also explained how to safely use the fireplace, I wasn't familiar with gas fireplaces so I had just left it off while I was living there.
