We recently had our fireplace redone by Burlington Fireplace and couldn't be happier with the work done. Previously, we had a wood pellet stove in an awkward location and a dated facade. They moved it, installed a linear gas fireplace, mounted the TV and did the gorgeous stonework. It made such a huge difference in updating our home. We love our new fireplace almost as much as Stella.
We bought a wood burning stove from them 3 years ago and it was the best money I've ever spent. the representative there was super knowledgeable and helpful. This thing has changed our life, we can actually enjoy our family room again.
Burlington Fireplace installed an electric fireplace insert in my condo in Williams Bay, Wisconsin. They did a wonderful job and I am totally pleased with their work and the product. The price was very reasonable. They also installed a gas log in one of my friends homes and it is beautiful also.

the worst experiences ever, they sold me the best story ever...installers said the insert would blow me out of my house. I paid extra for exerlary blower and I get nothing. after several hours of burning a fire a cant even see through the doors, had them here several times .....and there responded is basically to bad so sad.. I was very disappointed, I thought I cheat my family and house I get more from a candle.....do your homework

They have a great showroom, which made picking out our fireplace easy. Rich answered all our questions and was very helpful. The finished product was awesome. Couldn't be more happy.
