After another company made several service calls (hundreds of dollars later ) and still could not find the problem we contacted Burlington Fireplace. Justin found problem right away ! He was great, explained everything ! We’re so happy to finally get out fireplace working before holiday season ! Great company to work with !
Justin was very professional and courteous. He cleaned both our gas and natural wood fireplaces and answered every question I had and addressed all my concerns. I have used other companies in the past but Burlington is now my go to. Thanks guys!
We had a double sided gas insert fireplace replaced by Tim Justin and Todd. They were punctual and kept us in the loop about what was happening. I felt very comfortable operating the remote before they left. They were very respectful and cleaned up after the install. The finished product is beautiful. We chose to finish the stone ourselves.
Big fan of Burlington! Talon did a great job with our fireplace cleaning & maintenance.
