Sad they will not make a repair befire the whole rv rots away. Rv started leaking within the first 6 months. Wthout coming out it was diagnosed as an air conditioner recall. Waited for the kit. They say they have the kit but with rain and ice unable to do the repair. What about the continuing damage from the water leaking into the unit? They continue to ignore the problem. DO NOT BUY FROM DREAMCHASERS!! Raymond is not a man of his word. Would not recommend them to anyone.
We are on our 2nd camper from Dreamchasers in under a year...we upgraded. We were treated exceptionally well by Raymond & his staff. Dreamchasers has lifelong customers as well as friends. We have recommend them to everyone that we have talked with about our camper(s).
