As a 30 year old male, recovering from a fracture, and needing to get back to a physical job, PAT MCBRIDE has done an awesome job! He listened to my concerns and has created a unique recovery process specific to my needs. He showed a mastery of understanding the body, recovery, and how to prepare me for the physical aspects of my job. 10/10 would recommend.
