They try to be nice - their reception is good. But the 'treatment' is sorely lacking. They had another guy there a few years ago who was great. But he left, and the current guy does not listen, does not examine, nor does anything to actually help. I had a horrible experience. I went in for an injury to my leg, and was lectured for 45 minutes. Never examined me, other than watching me walk and sit. Gave me nothing of value.
