My lead originally was not measured correctly. Once I finally received my lead, it was then recalled 2 months later. Now after 3 months of battling with them they are still no where near ready to send my new piece. I would not recommend using them again. Poor customer service!
Sold defective lead, recalled them, did not tell individuals, then purposely made the return/replacement process complicated and convoluted fighting the return at every turn.
Very challenging to work with. Poor communication all around. They fail to follow through on timelines continually

Ordered thyroid shield 4 months ago finally arrived… not only does it not have my name I paid for to have inscribed, it is size small and even without the additional length of the buckle, it doesn’t cover my neck. Horrific customer service. Had to call, email three different people, then someone called to tell me I should have a different attachment (won’t make a difference it’s too gigantic), then further go on to say she can’t “approve my return”.
