Very poor customer service. Serious gap in communication.
I would highly not recommend this company. As a physician, this company is easily one of the most unprofessional medical companies I’ve ever experienced. I’ve now waited months for lead glasses with very little communication of why. There’s no way to track the status of your order and customer service has very little knowledge on how to help outside of what the original purchase order given. Please save yourself some time and use any of the other companies for your future supply needs as I don’t wish this trouble on anyone.
My favorite brand for lead aprons…stylish, comfortable, and lightweight. I love all the fun patterns I get to choose from. Glitter and hot pink… what more could a RAD girly want? Burlington Medical proves that radiation protection doesn’t mean sacrificing fashion or comfort.
