Lead recalled. Terrible customer service getting a refund. Avoid the company and buy elsewhere.
Ordered thyroid shield 4 months ago finally arrived… not only does it not have my name I paid for to have inscribed, it is size small and even without the additional length of the buckle, it doesn’t cover my neck. Horrific customer service. Had to call, email three different people, then someone called to tell me I should have a different attachment (won’t make a difference it’s too gigantic), then further go on to say she can’t “approve my return”. If I could give this company zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY YOUR LEAD HERE. Burlington issued a recall recently because their materials were poorly tested and breaking down. If that’s not bad enough the company has completely ghosted my coworkers and I who have been trying to get information about refunds/replacements etc. I will never use them again.
Very poor customer service. Serious gap in communication.
