I wanted to reach out and give some feedback. I was at your mall yesterday and it felt VERY unsafe. A lot (maybe 25%) had thier masks down and were carrying a drink while walking. I think people would feel more safe if that was not allowed. Additionally a worker at Macy’s came up VERY close to my son to share her story about his lego bag. I did not fee the areas outside the stores were distanced enough and too many people were there. Not to mention the improper mask wearing. This is not ok. I won’t be returning
My husband and I were here and no dining available. We tried the food court but only available for take out. Ridiculous. Next we tried The Cheesecake Factory and they’re making us wait an hour for two people. Ridiculous. Not satisfied.
Bad idea to collect people’s money for a Santa visit and have Santa no show on children. You should be Ashamed of your entire company.

The mall open at noon on Sunday and 11 on Monday to Saturday but the security guy not open until 11:15 or 12:15 the front door is lock and the guy is sitting in the office eating . This is killing my business, my clients waiting in front and call me to go out there open for them. Awful
