I'll be honest when I called for service under warranty that would have been the appropriate time to tell me I have to accept a 300 dollar charge, not when I show up to drop it off and then just slip in it last minute. I am not your date and I don't want the ruffie thanks. This is classic bait and switch. I am also now being informed my car isn't a CPO vehicle and that I don't have extended or bumper to bumper coverage that I paid for... Car was towed there and full communication helpful no surprises. Throughout the entire process. Fast repair and service with appointment schedule.
