I guess the days of managers and businesses worrying about losing a customer are over… The service manager is cocky and unprofessional.. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if possible
There is a problem with my Kia Niro that needs to be addressed. I brought it in to this place after going to Ciocca in Ewing - which is another hot mess and has no clue of how to run a service center, but that's another 1-star story - and was told that I would be charged $199.99 for a "diagnostic". At this point, I had no choice but to accept it since I really needed answers as to why my car is wearing through tires so quickly.
