I made an appointment at Burlington Hypnosis about 3.5 months ago to see if it would be something for me. Well, I currently weigh about 25 lbs. less, have a new fitness routine, consume only healthy foods, have renewed energy and a clear focus on what lies ahead. I would say it is definitely for me! If you are looking to make changes in a warm and safe environment, Burlington Hypnosis would be a great place to start.
