Katie is very rude and she doesn’t treat nicely. A lot of arrogance and attitude and I will refrain from going in here.

I've had the opportunity to visit the clinic twice. Following unsuccessful attempts at home remedies, I decided to schedule an appointment for wax removal at Burlington Hearing Centre (the clinic is situated in the former Chaps Restaurant building, i miss their carrot cake!) Conveniently, there is ample parking available on-site, which is always an advantage. The building itself has been converted to house several different businesses.
