I recently had a appointment with Katie. She took the time to understand what hearing concerns I had and provided lots of information. The testing was very thorough as well as the results from the test. I definitely would recommend Katie and the Burlington Hearing Centre. Thanks Katie!
Amazing place! Booked a appointment for my ears and was seen a few days later. Booking online was super easy. Service and treatment was great. Katie managed to fix my issues in 1 visit while other places took multiple visits and multiple attempts to try and fix with no success. Highly recommend you go see her for all your hearing needs. 5/5 for sure
Katie is amazingly knowledgable, extremely professional and has a wonderfully calming nature. Her equipment is superior, including the equipment used for ear wax removal, making molds for custom ear plugs, as well as her selection of hearing aids. Due to hearing damage, my mother has has a minimal level of hearing adversely impacted by tone deafness…and that is while wearing two good hearing aids.
