i broke the corner of a mirror while painting. they took care of me right away and were very reasonable with their prices. also very friendly. i know where I’ll be going from now on for my glass service.
Everyone that I've worked with is so friendly. I recently did some remodeling and had glass for my show installed. The gentleman who installed it was incredibly thorough and made sure the glass and the area were clean (probably cleaner than when he came in). I couldn't be happier with my experience. I now also have a few pictures in to have frames made by them!
The welcome feeling I get every time I go into the store is a huge reason I keep coming back for my major framing needs. The skill and dedication to quality, the time and consideration to the art, and speed of completing the projects are always top in the minds and hands of the staff. If you need any framing done (or larger home glass work) Burlington Glass will take great care of you.
Was recommended to us for shower door replacement. Seemed like nice people, very pleasant. Said they would call us to come out to measure. After three weeks we still hadn’t heard from them to set up measuring. The guy that answered the phone was the same person we dealt with. I’m pretty sure he was the owner. When I said that we were waiting for them to call for a measure, he said that he couldn’t find our paperwork and then he said well those things happen. Really??
