With lots of hard work, luck and the support of the community we have developed into Burlington's destination for Furniture, Lighting, and Interior Design Services. We are an independent, locally owned and operated Showroom/Design Center. Buyer beware. Horrible customer service. Dishonest, extremely late delivery with damage. They delivered a dirty floor model as a replacement for damaged chair and tried to pass it off as new.
Had an awful experience last year purchasing a $6,000 couch. Arrived late, arrived damaged. Went on sale twice while we were waiting and they refused to honor this. Warehouse tried to deliver the damaged item 3 times. Zero other communication about our order 16 weeks out. When we came in to ask for help in making this right every single person walked away saying ‘not my client, not my problem’. Great furniture, great staff
Jeff at customer service was great in helping me getting a replacement table top.
We have a 3yr old couch from there, paid close to 5k for it. Faded beyond belief and looks like crap even though it's in a north room with limited sunshine. After going around in circles for close to 6 months we are told we should have known it would fade when we bought it, its our fault and too bad for us. Not nice people.
They dont serve people of color. That does not sit well with me. I will be telling others. Peace
