We had our new gas fireplace installed today. Tim and Justyn were professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant to work with. We love the look of the unit, and look forward to many warm evenings in front of our beautiful fire. They were respectful of our home and left everything very clean. We are grateful for having had such a good experience today. Thank you.
Once again Burlington Fireplace did not disappoint! If you have a choice, request Justin! We are so very happy with our wood burning stove. From initial contact, sale, install and service this is an excellent business with a super staff. Today we had our annual cleaning. Justin was the tech. He called and let us know when he would arrive and was right on time. Talon did a fantastic job!! He was very thorough in cleaning our fireplace. I would highly recommend him and Burlington fireplace.
Second verse…2026 time to tune up the fireplaces! Scheduling was simple, price is great. Justin did a great job again, cleaning up and making sure both fireplaces are ready for winter. The Burlington techs are efficient and always neat and clean up so you wouldn’t even know they’ve been here, other than the sparkly glass! Thanks Burlington, see you next year!!!
