I was at Burlington Dental this morning. I thought my appointment was 9 o'clock but it was 11 o'clock but they worked me in so I didn't have to wait
Every filling (3 total) weber did on my son and I got infected within 3 days due to him not cleaning the tooth debris out. Had to go back and have Dr. Smith re-do them.. The last one caused abcess on my son's gum and his tooth had to be pulled. His incompetence is evident and should be on notice.. Dr. Smith is good. He's experienced and knowledgeable of his practice, unfortunately we will never go here again.
Every 6 months it amazes me how well Pam Ludolph takes great care of my teeth My appointments are always positive and full of smiles.
The people here are always so friendly and nice
I was referred to Dr. Rick Smith several years ago. I have yet to be disappointed! His staff is top notch and go above and beyond to take care of my Dental needs. Dr. Smith takes care of all your oral health needs! You won’t be disappointed! I appreciate Dr. Smith and his Staff! Thank you!
