I have taken my son who is 12, there for the last couple of years and had great experiences of course nothing serious. then i needed to take my grandson to have a tooth fixed that had been fixed 2 weeks before by another dentist. he was in a lot of pain. They were great with him. He is 6 and of course this could have been very traumatic but the doctor and the assistant were wonderful. I came in last week for an emergency appointment. My front tooth was broken in half. I was afraid to go out in public. Thankfully the receptionist (Thanks, Rosa!) was able to get me an appointment that day. I was told I would be worked into the schedule, but the wait was less than an hour! Everyone was so nice and put my fears to rest. I was referred to an endodontist and had an appointment made for the next day. I love burlington dental care, the dentist and employee's are great.
I went to this facility over the weekend to have my wisdom teeth extracted. My appointment time was for 9 am. At 10 am, after sitting in the chair for an hour, the doctor came in and gave me 6 novacaine shots, and said that she would give me four more after we got the first two teeth out. I had been expecting to be sedated. Before she could begin working on my extractions, she realized that she didn't have the equipment she needed, so I sat for 25 more minutes, now numbed while they sterilized their equipment.
