Ignore the old negative reviews. I’ve never had a problem with this clinic. My counselor is amazing, warm, and kind(Sarah M.) The nursing staff are patient, quick at the dosing window, and helpful. Getting take homes is faster now than it was when I earned my month of tablets years ago. Get an appointment and check it out. I’m glad that I did. My old clinic in Camden was a NIGHTMARE. This place is the exact opposite.

Sometimes the staff isn't as understanding as they should be. If you work make sure that you can be late cause they have one on one sessions that can only happen in the mornings. I lost a job cause they would make me wait to see my counselor.

I reached out several times. First time, they were nice. But one day, called me saying they didn't accept third-party insurance. Okay, understandable. I said I couldn't afford out of pocket, so you would think they'd cancel my appointment. Nope, I got a call two weeks later from a therapist asking if I was still coming in. They called my phone like three times, while I was at work. When I didn't respond, they emailed me. I emailed the therapist back, saying I couldn't afford to pay out of pocket. Kind of scammy. Recommended this place to a family member desperately in need because it looked good. They spent almost 2 hours at an intake appointment revealing every possible personal detail under the sun. Then nothing happened. Six weeks later they received a bill marked past due (first bill received). Still nothing happened. They never set up my family member for any counseling or anything. Never heard from them again. A total money grab. Shame on them.
