Very frustrating experience trying to become a new patient. Called a few weeks ago and said they have nothing until May and to call back first week of April. Just called and was again told to wait another week. Why can’t I be booked now for May??
I don't even know where to begin. Back in 2019/2020, I would have given a 5 star review but now, the pure negligence in this office is astounding. Lied to me and said script was sent to Aeroflow on Friday and after calling everyday this week, I find out this morning that the script wasn't sent till yesterday. Asked Dr for appetite suppressant and was put on Ozempic! I'm not a diabetic and the med made me really nauseous and tired to the point I was sleeping most of the day. I stopped it after 3 weeks.
