Love the new store
To many people who act like little children work here. They need to put their big person underware on & act like adults. Management let's employees play around, hide in the bathroom on their phones etc while the handful of great employees work their buttons off finishing the work. Then eventually get fired for no reason or a lie someone makes up. Then doesn't talk to the person that can prove they did nothing wrong. I have nice to say about Burlington anymore.
The woman at the pickup point was very sullen and unhelpful. My truck's GPS shows a different entrance, Google Maps shows a different entrance, but neither is correct. There's a different entrance. Nothing is easy here. Everything is ridiculous and difficult. When I first arrived, I couldn't find a parking spot. Some employees directed me to a different location. Just dont go there, worst place ever. 3:30 hours just waiting to confirm appointment number. Never coming back
