Workers and manager Oswaldo are very unprofessional. I went to the store in McAllen, bought a cologne but didn’t realized it was the small bottle. I stopped on my way home to see if I could find a different cologne. Immediately the cashier told me I couldn’t change it because it was not the same store. And she accused me of opening and taping the box which is a total lie. Will never go back to that location. Besides, it was messy and disorganized. Bad customer service is their way of doing business.
Nice place to shop... But the lines to pay are terrible.

rebecca the manager was so sweet and helpful, she helped us move heavy dressers out of the store with her own hands & gave us a discount for minor damaging on one of them 💖💖💖 thank you rebecca
