Horrible experience. Tory the manager and also Jessica the District Asset protection manager were unbelievable rude and disrespectful. Jessica came in the picture while I was beeing poorly treated by Tory and she did not hear AT ALL what I had to say, but was quick to ask that I LEAVEa ! the premises without even listening my part of the story after her manager was crying for being her the one neglecting to help properly. Excellent Selection - Competative Prices I have shopped in the children's section of Burlingon Coat Factory, and I am very impressed with their selection. There are so many different clothes, and so cute. They also have all kinds of children's products from cribs to toys to just about everything. I had heard, however , that they had lower prices, but I am not sure about that. Their prices are definitely competative - but once you've been to Walmart, who beats them? (Wink).
Great items & prices, but return policy is HORRIBLE! I have shopped here several times in buying items for my baby and children. I was also very happy with a coat that I purchased for myself. I just have to make sure it is something that I really want, and am going to keep. Because there is no turning back. I am unhappy however with their return policy. It is store credit only, no exceptions. I fully understand this if you have no receipt or whatever, but when all tags are still in tact, and I DO have my reciept, sometimes I... read more
