I took my jeep there because I was having problems with my A/C I was told it was a hose that was covered under warranty so I said fix it after I get a call saying it was the wrong hose the one that they needed to replace wasn’t covered under warranty and that my coolant was also contaminated. I didn’t want them to change the coolant as my husband just did it not that long ago so I didn’t believe it. Jake was AMAZING. This was the second time I brought my vehicle in for this issue and he was the only person to acknowledge that this is a common problem and that there was a fix for it. I was in a hurry and he got everything done in a timely way. I appreciated his knowledge and his patience with my frustration.
