the service department rep jake told me he would take care of me over the phone assured me they could honor any manufacturer warranty the dealership i bought it at could. this was not true they charged me a diagnostic fee and i waved repairs took it back to turnersville jeep and all repairs were covered!
If there was a no star rating that would suit this dealership best. The sales manager Emilio France is a major issue. I made an appointment for my car to have remote start and heated seats put in my car as per my contract. My contract has no date requirement for the service. However, the Jeep dealership which was here who sold me my car that the current dealership took over went out of business. Now they will not honor the work that is due on my car that I have paid for.
