I had a great experience at this dealership. No unexpected fees and upfront pricing. Got a great deal on a car and they really worked to get me the best price nesessary. I even got a great warranty for a good deal. They rushed to get us waters and offered snacks and coffee too. Femi was particularly helpful and so kind. He even helped me set up the navigation in the car. And said they will fix a small dent in the car I didn't even make a comment on. Great people here!
they will tell you what you want to hear until you get to the dealership and then add on a bunch of non negotiable junk fees when you arrive. bad business
Great service from Alex and Jaik at Burlington Jeep Dodge. From the minute we walked in until we left hours later, we were treated exceptionally. They were both very personable, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. They took the time to answer all questions and made sure everything was handled the right way.
