Terrible service department. Had my 2022 ram 1500 towed to their facility, I stated there was a a starter issue. The girl from the service desk had little to no responses on questions I asked over the phone on what’s covered through my warranty. I didn’t know much as I’m a first time buyer and I told her this too. Still short with her responses and little to no help at all that being stated.
