TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FRONT OFFICE I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dealership for my Chevrolet Silverado's 45,000-mile maintenance. I scheduled online for a 9:30 AM appointment and was assured the service would take approximately two hours. With no loaner vehicles available, I requested a shuttle home and waited.
