Founders Ridge Senior Apartments in Papillion Nebraska is an excellent place to live. The management is professional and maintenance is experienced. There is plenty of room to roam outside and the land that surrounds the complex is nature filled. Thank you for providing us with a beautiful place to live and thrive as individuals.
The WORST. Mold, mildew, water stains, roof cracks just disgusting and maintenance will not FIX
The worst! I paid my card in full through their free automated system on 10/03/2023. Then they billed me on 10/08/2023 interest! I called and the rep and she was rude and said the interest was from the previous pay cycle. I stayed I wanted a manager or supervisor because when I can to pay in full and I pay in full you don't or can't bill me interest you didn't include.
I wouldn't have given you one star if I hadn't needed to have it for this review. I live in one of the properties you manage. I have made written complaints, called both the office here as well as your office. And you won't call me back. Let me tell you first off, I was looking for a decent place to live when I found this one. You weren't over Wells Manor then, I'd have kept looking.
