Awesome Vermont bagels! We had “The Hair of the Dog” sandwich and a toasted couple bagels with cream cheese. Crunchy outside soft inside. Jalape�o everything bagel with spicy Mexican cream cheese and Cinnamon sugar bagel with maple walnut cream cheese. Chef’s kiss! Nice work!

IMHO, best bagel in the Williston area. Great variety of bagels, Jalapeno Everything is my favorite, extensive menu and reasonable prices. Service is prompt and efficient. The room can get a little noisy during the busy times and the wait line can sometimes serpentine out the front door.
I'm a big bagel person and I have to say that the burlington bagel bakery is absolutely one of vermont's finest bagel locations. The bagels and variety of choices are varied and wide, the preparation and care taken in the dough and the bake-off.Absolutely shines through on their product!.
