Mr. Richardson was very professional yet very cordial. He displayed great respect for our home. His repair required that he order a part and returned the following week. When the part arrive he was prompt about calling me to schedule his return visit. Upon returning and repairing our dishwasher, he replaced the panels below the door which I had removed when trying to diagnose the problem. Our service was performed by Leroy Richardson. He was very professional, quite kind, and neat. He was respectful of our home. He completed his repair in a timely manner and cleaned up after his work. He even reconnected the dryer vent that I had disconnected before his visit and he moved the machine back ... all without my prompting or asking.
