Discount Plumbing Rooter performed a private lateral sewer upgrade for my parents' house. Never have they seen a more hard-working and efficient team perform work at their house. The team was led by Sam, who is incredibly dependable, responsive with communication, and professional. This was the second time we hired Discount Plumbing, after they successfully fixed a plumbing issue within the house and we are very glad we turned to them again to carry out a very complicated project on-time and on-budget.
Charged $950 to replace a toilet and then a year later I kept getting high usage water bills, turns out the flapper needed to be replaced, this is what the water utility technician told me. Called and they said 30 day warranty on toilets even though receipt said 6 month warranty. The tech that installed the toilet was kind though and he did replace the toilet the same day I called. I feel like I paid too much.
Called with a last minute drain problem and the friendly receptionist said they'd be able to send Connor over within the hour. Very friendly upon arrival and worked effectively and quickly. Would recommend to any family/friend in the future!
Discount Plumbing was fantastic. I would absolutely use them again and will enthusiastically recommend them to my friends. They provided outstanding service, they were scrupulously honest, and they were friendly. What more could I ask for?
