He explained everything clearly, including how the pipe pitch was contributing to the problem, and then power rodded the affected line to restore proper flow. Mark has been our go-to plumber for multiple jobs, and every experience has been nothing short of excellent. We first called him to reroute our sump discharge, and his workmanship and professionalism made it an easy decision to call him again when we needed additional work done. Most recently, we had him move and extend a gas line for our stove. Very unhappy with how I was treated like I was less than. I had an issue with Mark Burlingame’s work done in my bathroom regarding plumbing. I called the company to complain and a woman answered who was extremely rude, she then blocked my phone number. I have been ghosted ever since. Now, I have to find a legitimate plumber with a plumber’s license, not a handyman who isn’t handy. Cost me a lot of money for nothing! I am not a relative or competitor of this business. Between Jan and Mark, they got your plumbing needs covered. Very responsive and patient as they educate homeowners on their systems and improvements to be made if needed. Mark is extremely knowledgeable on plumbing codes and the know how to complete the job right. Jan is helpful with scheduling and coordinating but also providing other value adds.
