Review from my mom: The office of Burlingame Orthodontics is a wonderful place to be. Norma the assistant Is super gentle and a pro at her work. Jessica is multi talented at talking with clients and giving a detailed feed back . Most of all, Kathy the front desk manager is so very thoughtful and kind. Always putting the needs of the patient before anything else... I am blown away by her generosity in spirit ! Dr Lee did the perfect job of hiring these fine ladies! It keeps me coming back year after year when I need help!!!
Dr. Lee and his team took amazing care of me during my Invisalign journey. Another orthodontist told me I’d need two years of braces, but Dr. Lee was confident he could achieve the same results in a year and a half with Invisalign, and he did! I couldn’t be happier with my smile. He and his staff are professional, warm, and easy to work with. I highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Victor Lee and the whole team! They did an excellent job with my daughter’s orthodontic treatment — she always felt comfortable and cared for at every visit. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. A special mention to Cathy, who patiently walked us through the entire treatment process and made sure we understood everything. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism from everyone. Highly recommend!
Dr. Lee and his team are truly wonderful — they provide excellent dental care, and both my son and I are very satisfied with the treatment we received. However, it took nearly a month to receive the correct insurance processing and final statements for both of us. During that time, I had to send more than 20 emails, and voicemails to get the necessary responses as there were errors and inconsistencies. The medical service provided by Dr. Lee and his team was good. I didn't have a good experience with Cathy, the client care coordinator. I didn't understand specifics of insurance and during my last appointment, when I was done with my treatment, I asked one of the office managers if I was all good with my insurance and after I gave her my updated insurance she said I would be fine.
