Burley is a fraudulent company. Nothing but a scam and if they’re not, then their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.. I spent almost $600 on one of their trailers. They were more than happy to take my money. When it came time for shipping, they told me the product had been shipped. I contacted UPS. Top notch quality products and great service. Highly recommend!
The customer service is very awful. On top of that, the bike seat doesn't fit my rack at all. I checked the dimensions thoroughly, but the issue is the rack frame, which wasn’t mentioned on the website. I do like the design of their bike seats, but their customer service is a complete disaster. plus they don't provide prepaid shipping label. so, we bought from Thule instead.
