Favortism plays a Big part with this place when it comes to caoches. The kids have absolutely no chance at winning unless they get lucky and end up on a team that are mostly elite players. Most of the umpires are a joke except maybe 4 of them. If you email in a concern you get 1 reply from them that tells you how it will be and minimal explanation basically a door slammed in your face.
The committee is completely oblivious to facts and favoritism shows
For baseball. Communication is terrible. Officiating is horrific. The scheduling is hard on the children when some games don't end until 11 on school nights. If I could give 0 stars I would.
My husband has coached baseball and now basketball for BYA—this organization is haphazardly run, the communication is dreadful, and the lack of real support for the volunteer coaches is downright pitiful. This is our second year, and we won’t be back. Do better.
