I am really pleased with your company's professionalism and customer service. Your dispatcher answered my call for a tow truck and was really helpful and friendly. She informed me of everything I required to fix my automobile and even informed me that you were booked for a few weeks. Before I was forced to wait for assistance, it was nice to know there might be a delay. The friendliness of your team and rapid reaction time when I needed your services were both greatly appreciated.
