To those who are saying "real honey doesn't crystalize" that is not true at all. Do some research. You're storing your honey improperly or just letting it sit for too long. I buy this brand because it's local to my area and it's certified by an independent source to be pure honey. I've eaten it since I was a child and prefer the taste of the clover honey. And no, I don't work for them. I'm just posting a positive review and calling out the poor reviews.
