We called to inquire about service, she said there were 6 ahead of us, we asked what does that mean, she was extremely rude and basically said if you shut up I'll tell you. She went on about there is no way of telling when they can get to us. We said ok, no thank you and she hung up on us!!! Either this is a relative they can't get rid of, or they dont need anymore business and don't care who is representing them.
