Today I called to ask if the Veterinarian was in, so I could bring my Ferret in to be put down. The young girl that answered the phone laughed at me and spoke extremely condescending and had absolutely no idea what compassion was. Her name was Hailey. I was crying and just wanted a safe and calm place that him and I were both familiar with to let him go and out of pain and suffering. This used to be the place.
