From my very first phone conversation with Brandy, the receptionist, I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the clinic. They kept me well informed leading up to my appointment, which I truly appreciated. When I met with Dr. Washburn, she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything before and after my hearing tests, making sure I understood each step of the process. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this office.
