Doctor Erin Washburn explained the hearing test results thoroughly with me. Excellent listener, honest, and when asked allowed me to try some hearing aids without a sales pitch. The Support staff is courteous and helpful. The clinic setting is very comfortable.
The doctor is very patient and knowledgeable.
Super clean and efficient visit. Treated me and others with respect and patience.
Dr. Washburn was very friendly. Explain everything completely. Explain clearly everything she was going to do. She answered all my questions and concerns. I will and would highly recommend her/them .
The staff was professional and friendly and the Doctor knowledgeable. I would say not shutting the door to her office while telling me my results was uncomfortable and also wouldn’t hurt to work on a more gentle way to tell someone they need hearing aids.
