I took my dog in one evening because he had eaten a massive amount of chocolate and was sick. When my son and I walked in, the receptionist never made I contact with me and just talked to me while typing. She put us in a dirty room with something all over the floor and we waited for hours and spent a good amount of money for them just to tell me all of his vomiting pretty much got him out of the woods. From the first step we took into this ER Animal Hospital this was a absolute disaster. rude staff, then they kept my dog for 7 Hours in a kennel before they even took a look. Then said we will not even look at your dog until I pay an additional $286.00 after I had already given a $150.00 deposit. A total of $426.00 before any kind of examination. PET OWNERS BEWARE: I Would Not Return Here, With Any Animal, for Any Reason, Whatsoever....even if it was free. Laundry list of reasons why, and quite frankly they don't deserve me wasting any more of my time to elaborate why.

I took my dog Mr. Mister there 3am on 6/3/2021 he would not put any weight on his right front paw and literally kept it held up then he started vomiting and became very listless that is why I brought him in. First things first that stuck odd was that they would not take in my dying dog until their system read that my card information went through. Price is not a bother for me but the fact that my dog was spewing blood from his nose in my arms and the lady is handing me a form to fill out before she will even take my dog from me was disgusting. Poor customer service at the very least. This is the worst emergency pet ER I’ve ever heard or seen in my life they have lied on several different occasions they diagnose a puppy with the wrong diagnosis they said it was due to marijuana I took the puppy and the rest of the puppies plus the mama into a vet where they were tested and there is nothing in there system the puppy was taken into the ER. The vet said it was due to being dehydrated and also leaving her mama so soon it put her into shock. The ER is trying to tell us it was due to marijuana With no test done... read more
